Today at the World Team Championships in Bursa, Turkey, Hikaru Nakamura and Alexander Onischuk lead the US squad to a 2.5-1.5 victory over the powerful Israeli team. Although Hess was on the wrong end of a fascinating tactical finish, Ray Robson drew on board four to secure the match victory.

Nakamura's quick win over the reigning World Cup Champion was particularly stunning:

Meanwhile, Onischuk is adding to his massive plus score. After today's win, he stands with 4.5/5.
