We have liftoff - Astronaut Greg Chamitoff has opened with 1.d4, and now Earth's young advisors are preparing their recommendations for our defense.
Late tonight, the chess team members from defending National K-3 Champion Stevenson Elementary School in Bellevue, Washington, will submit up to four possible response, and then it will be up to YOU and your fellow Earthlings to VOTE! Voting will begin very late tonight (Pacific time), and will continue until 1:30 PM EST/10:30 AM PST on Monday. Please check back here between now and then, and cast your vote.
