The Hyatt has contacted many people for deposits on group block rooms. If they do not receive a response within a few days of the call, the rooms will be released.

6 sections: K 9 Championship; K 9 Under 1250; K 8 Championship; K-8 Under 1000; K-8 Under 750; Unrated.

Prizes: Trophies for at least top 25 players and teams in each section. Also class trophies to the top three in the following classes:
K-9 Championship
1400-1599, 1200-1399, 1000-1199, U1000, Unrated
K-8 Championship
1400-1599, 1200-1399, 1000-1199, U1000, Unrated

Main Event rounds:
Friday: 1 & 7pm
Saturday: 9 am, 2:00 pm, 7:00 pm
Sunday: 9 am & 2:00 pm
1/2 pt bye any round except 7 if requested in advance (limit 1)

A team must have at least 2 players, although no maximum number of players. The top 4 scores in any section will count for the team score.
